Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America's Security Division's DX-TL5716U hybrid DVR is capable of capturing images from not only analog cameras, but from IP cameras as well. The unit is compatible with major IP camera suppliers, including Axis, Sony and Panasonic. The DVR comes complete with five different screen types, 16 different channels and a MPEG4 image compression engine for long-term data capturing on small file sizes. A PTZ Camera Control also comes standard, enabling users to control the cameras with keys on the DVR, a mouse, keyboard, or through a network. The system has three different password levels that allow multiple levels of security personnel to operate the same system.
