KATHLEEN FORD is co-owner and chief executive officer of scDataCom, a nationally recognized Security Integration company providing physical and electronic security solutions to commercial clients in the southeast, and to public sector clients throughout the U.S. Kathleen has overseen scDataCom’s explosive growth, achieving recognition on the Inc. 5000 list for both 2022 and 2023.

Kathleen is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience leading complex teams. Prior to joining scDataCom in 2014, Kathleen spent almost three decades in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps, retiring in the rank of Colonel. She holds an Electrical (Low Voltage) Contractors License in both Florida and Georgia. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from University of New Hampshire, Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of GA, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

Kathleen is a lifetime member of the American Legion, a member of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and Women in Military Service to America, and holds membership in the Order of Military Medical Merit. She is motivated by the opportunity to serve others, and is particularly proud to be of service to fellow Veterans through ongoing work with Department of VA.

In addition to her work, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her husband, four children and their families, and her grandchild. Hobbies include running, biking, gardening, and pickleball.

Connie Moorhead is an accomplished CEO of 24 years in the security, fire, and life safety industry. She is the brains behind SecurityCEU.com and the Obsequio Compliance Manager.
