Kathleen Ford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kathleen started their career as the Chief, Quality Management at Weed Army Community Hospital, where they were responsible for the entire Quality Management program. Kathleen then served as the Director, OB/GYN Nursing Specialty Course at Tripler Army Medical Center, leading the training of registered nurses in OB/GYN nursing care. Kathleen also worked as the Deputy Branch Chief, Army Nurse Corps at U.S. Army Human Resources Command, where they supervised an office responsible for career management and professional development of active duty nurses.

Moving on, they served as the Assistant Deputy Commander for Nursing at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, managing a nursing staff of over 350 personnel and providing clinical oversight. Kathleen later became the Deputy Commander for Nursing at the same hospital, where they set strategic priorities and maintained accountability for optimal patient outcomes. Kathleen's next role was as the Chief Strategy Officer at scDataCom, LLC, where they served as a principal advisor to the Chief Executive and Head of Federal Sales. Lastly, they became the Chief Executive Officer of scDataCom, LLC, where they provided strategic leadership and established long-range goals for the company.

Overall, Kathleen Ford has extensive experience in healthcare management, strategic planning, and executive leadership.
