Chris Kadlick is a Sr. IT Security Consultant for Faith Group, LLC and a United States Navy veteran with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Chris started his cybersecurity career at Scott Air Force Base in 2008 as a Security Systems Engineer for AVAYA Government Solutions and won numerous meritorious coins from the base commanders. His experience also includes three years as a Sr. Engineer for Valdez International where he managed and trained 30 Exchange Engineers and wrote hundreds of PowerShell scripts. Prior to joining Faith Group, he spent five years leading the Information Security department for Emerson Electric where he developed, deployed, and monitored Information Security through technology, best practice, validation, and oversight.

At Faith Group, Chris is responsible for providing cybersecurity consulting and best practices for Faith Group. His responsibilities include the overall coordination, planning, design, testing, commissioning, and quality control for all security related tasks. He uses his diverse education and professional background to drive overall team success during design and build activities, across small- and large-scale programs alike. Chris’s specialties include security management, security governance, internet security, systems security, master planning, systems analysis, assessment and implementation of cybersecurity controls, developing specifications, network protocols, and systems integration.

He has a Masters in Information Security and Administration from Western Governors University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), along with many other related certifications.

He is a board-certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) practitioner with experience spanning across healthcare, education, critical facilities, corporate, aviation, and government markets. Michael has successfully delivered projects from security master planning to detailed systems design and construction administration. His expertise includes all aspects of security: operations, policy, procedure, and technology. As the Security Market Lead, Mike spearheads growing the firm’s security practice to provide a full suite of security consulting services to our diverse client base.
