This year’s data offers a clear view into the state of the security services marketplace and what’s driving success for integrators.

Key Highlights:

  • Sustained Industry Growth: Despite the leaner COVID years, 2024 marked another strong year for integration companies. The security and fire integration markets remain highly attractive, with private equity investment continuing to shape the industry through acquisitions.
  • Technology Transformation: Artificial intelligence has evolved from a buzzword into practical tools and enhancements, fueling customer satisfaction and integrator growth.
  • Workforce Development Challenges: Hiring and retaining top talent remains a significant hurdle. Our survey explores strategies integrators use to build and sustain a capable workforce.
  • Geopolitical Uncertainty: Conducted before the U.S. election, the survey highlights the influence of political outcomes, with 87% of respondents identifying the election as a key business concern.
