Symmetry GUEST by AMAG Technology is a web-based policy-driven visitor management system that automates all processes associated with the lifecycle of a visitor, delivering a fluid visitor experience that maintains security, enforces compliance and reduces operating costs. Employees pre-register visitors with Symmetry GUEST or using Outlook or Gmail. The visitor receives a welcome email which can contain a map, travel instructions or arrival instructions. Symmetry GUEST sends a QR or barcode to the visitor’s smartphone. Visitors can check-in via the self-service touchscreen monitor (tablet) or their smartphone, allowing organizations to optimize how lobbies are manned and managed.
