LiveView Technologies (LVT), a provider of customizable mobile security solutions, has announced the addition of four new executives to its leadership team. This move comes as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary and continues to experience significant growth and demand for its advanced security technologies, according to the announcement.

New Executive Appointments

  • Will Clive, Chief Human Resources Officer, will lead LVT's people team, focusing on enhancing employee experience and productivity. Clive previously served as Chief People Officer at Pluralsight, where he transformed the HR function into a competitive advantage.

  • Ryan Gurney, Chief Information Security Officer, will oversee the information security team, ensuring robust data security practices and compliance with industry regulations. Gurney was formerly Chief Security Officer at Looker, which was acquired by Google Cloud in 2020.

  • Spencer Steed, Chief Revenue Officer, will drive LVT's go-to-market strategy and operations. Steed brings experience from his role as Senior Vice President of Sales, Public Sector, at Qualtrics.

  • Taylor Wetzel, Chief Customer Officer, will develop a customer-centric strategy to optimize outcomes and loyalty. Wetzel previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Qualtrics.

The appointments are expected to support LVT’s expanding workforce and maintain its position as an innovator in mobile security technology. The company has achieved notable milestones, including a 226% revenue growth recognized by the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and a 227% revenue growth on the Inc. 5000. Additionally, LVT, based in American Fork, Utah, was honored as a UV50 fastest-growing company by Utah Valley BusinessQ and saw a 25% increase in headcount from January 2024 to January 2025.

Innovative Solutions and Market Expansion

LVT’s customizable mobile security units (MSUs) have proven effective across various industries, including retail, government, construction and education. The recent launch of SafeNow, a feature allowing customer employees to access MSU features via their phones, exemplifies LVT’s commitment to innovation, Steve Lindsey, LVT co-founder and CTO, tells SecurityInfoWatch.

Lindsey highlighted the company’s market expansion and customer feedback: “When LVT initially introduced the MSU solution to the market, it saw rapid demand and growth in big box retail. LVT is seeing that all other markets are learning about and realizing the effectiveness, savings and overall value that an LVT MSU provides.”

Customer feedback has been instrumental in shaping LVT’s offerings. “For years customers have consistently told us that LVT MSUs make an immediate impact on their physical security problems. It’s not uncommon to hear results of a 75% reduction in theft, vandalism, loitering, nuisance and aggression/battery-related incidents,” he said.

Reflecting on Milestones

As LVT celebrates its 20th anniversary, Lindsey reflected on key milestones that have defined the company's journey. “LVT developed the first-of-its-kind solar-powered, cellular-connected video solution that is cost-effective, reliable, secure, ultra-fast to deploy and operate at scale, and adaptable for placement anywhere on the globe,” he said. Other innovations include the development of a full physical security detection, deterrence and situational awareness solution, and an edge-to-cloud redundant private cellular/satellite infrastructure.

With its strengthened leadership team and ongoing dedication to customer-centric solutions, Lindsey said the company is poised for continued success and growth in the years to come.
