Milwaukee, WI – (October 4, 2012) – Cornell Communications, the expert in emergency communications systems for senior housing and outpatient medical clinics, introduces the advanced digital Area of Rescue emergency communication system.
The 4800 Digital Rescue Assistance System allows over 200 remote stations to communicate directly -- through a microphone or loudspeaker -- with hands-free technology. An external modem connection provides the main control panel with a built-in public telephone feature. With safety and security as Cornell’s primary objective for all its products, the system supervises all call stations, control panels, and expansion switches to ensure flawless operation and immediate identification of any defect.
The 4800 Digital Emergency Communication communicates effectively in standby, alarm, telephone, fault or intercom mode. The control panels include a programmable automatic dial feature connecting the caller to an external telephone line for easy, quick retrieval and communication. For facilities in need of a larger system, five control panels are available to accommodate up to 255 call stations.
“Our mission is to provide safe and secure communication in the case of an emergency situation,” states J.J. Johnson, CEO of Cornell Communications. “The 4800 Digital Area of Rescue Communication System delivers exceedingly reliable service so emergency personnel can quickly satisfy the needs of those requiring emergency assistance.”
