Guardian Alarm expands into Southeast with acquisition of Frase Protection

Guardian Alarm, the Midwest’s largest independent, full-service security company for both residential and commercial clients, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Frase Protection, serving customers in Tennessee and Mississippi.

Since 1930, Guardian Alarm has been a recognized leader in security and fire alarm services, serving both commercial and residential customers across Michigan and Ohio. This acquisition marks the company’s expansion into the Southeast, bringing its industry-leading security solutions to more homes and businesses in Memphis and the surrounding regions.
