Checkpoint Systems Introduces Email Report Scheduling Capability For Pinnacleâ„¢ 4.0 Access Control Solution
Orlando, FL -- Checkpoint Systems, Inc. a leading provider of innovative access control solutions for professional security applications is premiering a new stand alone Pinnacle utility here at ASIS. The Email Report Scheduler being demonstrated in the Checkpoint exhibit will be added to the Library II/Functional Utilities with the next Pinnacle release.
Offering maximum flexibility, the Email Report Scheduler was written internally using Pinnacle’s new software developer’s kit (SDK). According to Andy Lowen, National Product Marketing, Access Control Products Group at Checkpoint Systems, Inc., the addition of the Email Report Scheduler to the SDK Library Set allows developers to build a highly customized tool that can more efficiently control and manage data information.
“Intelligent document management can provide the foundation for improvements in information analysis that could result in a significant cost savings throughout the enterprise by streamlining the process of gathering, disseminating and evaluating the information,†said Mr. Lowen. “Pinnacle’s Email Report Scheduler provides an adept solution for generating and delivering recorded information effectively and efficiently.â€
Designed with flexibility as one of its key attributes, the Email Report Scheduler can generate scheduled reports on any Pinnacle function, and run these reports at any specified time. Additionally, customized filtered reports can be generated on a one-time only basis or as regularly scheduled reports. Adding and deleting recipients to the routing list is easily accomplished both during set up of the utility and as the situation requires.
Pinnacle v4.0 and the company’s 32-bit LANLink™ Controller line including the AC-1200 and LANLink series accommodate a wide range of access control applications, supporting the unique needs of corporate campuses, schools and universities, health care facilities, government offices, industrial locations and multi-tenant environments.
