Robert Bayer joined PCSC on Dec. 6, 2004, from OPTEX Ltd. Group where he served as the Director of Visual Security and oversaw Business Operations for Optex, Incorporated. In his new position with PCSC, Bayer oversees all sales and marketing for U.S. Domestic and Canadian markets. Bayer?s primary responsibility is to define the company?s strategy, long-term goals and objectives, which will drive the growth and profitability of PCSC?s North American sales organization. In addition, he works closely with PCSC's Senior Management Team to optimize growth, profits and market-share for the twenty-two year old access control manufacturer.
Bayer brings over 13 years of direct executive industry experience dedicated to leadership and growth. His commitment over the years in driving revenue, complete customer satisfaction and performance improvement programs has been unrelenting. Prior to Optex, Bayer spent his career in the national account management arena where he served as a Regional Director of Sales for Tyco/ADT and Regional Sales Manager at SecurityLink. During his tenure at SecurityLink his strong leadership skills were recognized by executive management and their confidence in his abilities earned him the highest praise from industry insiders.
Bayer has effectively utilized a team building approach along with employee development programs to maximize company performance and customer satisfaction through a discipline of customer intimacy.
Bayer holds a bachelor's degree in business management as well as a degree in information systems. He currently resides in Newport Beach, Calif., with his fiancee Cassandra and his 17-year-old daughter April.
