WeSuite’s new Sales Forms Module for QuoteAnywhere and WeEstimate allows users to easily create custom web forms to capture information during the sales process to streamline support of customers and projects. Forms are assigned at the Customer or Job levels and may be for multiple purposes. Examples include survey checklists, project funding, tax status, billing requirements, etc. Fields are configurable as drop-down lists, radio buttons, checkboxes, calendar events, freeform responses, required, and with logic to direct the presentation and order of next fields within the form.
Long-time WeSuite client Erin Macauley, System Administrator at Allied Universal Technology Services, explains, “At Allied, we have a need for capturing data that is not necessary for the quoting process but is crucial for our finance and operations teams at the point of sale.
