The ARRAY By Hampton Connected Door Lock starts with security. The ARRAY By Hampton Connected Door Lock has a range of features consumers told us they want from a smart lock: no secondary hub or batteries to purchase; a single, easy-to-use app to quickly create e-keys and e-codes; monitoring of door usage; attractive designs with a hidden, integrated metal keypad to enter user codes without a smart device or key; U.S.-based cloud data storage and support; and a choice of stylish, upscale finishes for their entry doors. The door lock comes with two custom rechargeable and replaceable lithium polymer batteries, and its integrated solar panel can supplement battery recharging.
The door lock was designed to work right out of the box for homeowners who have Wi-Fi and use an Android or Apple smart device. After downloading the ARRAY By Hampton app and viewing the 4-minute instructional video, most homeowners replacing an existing deadbolt may find installation will require only a screwdriver. Data transmissions between the deadbolt, smart device app and cloud are encrypted, and two-step authentication provides confidentiality to ensure the owners maintain full control of their security.
The full-featured ARRAY By Hampton Android and iOS apps for phones, tablets and smartwatches serve as a central “command center” that lets users lock and unlock the deadbolt remotely, activate geofencing, check lock status and usage, schedule access via e-Keys and e-Codes, monitor battery status, control multiple ARRAY By Hampton locks, and access upcoming products. The deadbolt can also be opened via a hidden backlit keypad as well as using traditional keys. By pairing the Connected Door Lock’s geofencing capabilities with Brink’s Push Pull Rotate handles and handlesets (also designed and manufactured by Hampton), users can create a hands-free way to enter their home with a tap of an elbow or their hip.
ARRAY By Hampton also can lock doors remotely and communicate status via Amazon® Alexa™-enabled devices, with additional skills to be added.
The ARRAY By Hampton Connected Door Lock is available in two styles: the modern, crisp and uncomplicated Cooper, and the traditional, smooth and sophisticated Barrington. Each style is available in popular polished chrome, satin nickel and Tuscan Bronze™ finishes to match light and dark decors and complements Brink’s door lock and handleset hardware manufactured by Hampton.
