Paxton Access announced an expansion of its U.S. team at Paxton Inc. as growth in the business continues to accelerate.
Kim Manson has been added to the Paxton Inc. team as the new Vice President Business Operations. Her role as vice president business operations is new to Paxton Inc. Kim’s primary objective is to ensure that Paxton Inc. delivers on providing world class products and services to our U.S. customers and creating a world class working environment.
Her direct areas of responsibility are U.S. factory operations, IT, facilities and human resources. She will work across the business in collaboration with the management team to ensure we are delivering an end-to-end world class experience for our customers and our employees.

Brian Bonser has also joined the team at Paxton Inc. as director of customer support. He comes to Paxton with a proven track record of building and developing customer support teams for over 20 years. Most recently, he has held high level positions at a number of world class companies including AIG, Samsung, and Asurion.
World class customer support is key to Paxton’s long-term strategy and Brian’s expertise in customer relationship management plays an integral part in that strategy as Paxton’s customer base continues to grow in the US.
