Mississauga, Ontario Sept 17,2013 – Our newly released 1M WDR series of Megapixel Wide Dynamic Range cameras featuring an extra sensitive IR thermal sensor that allows the camera to detect human activities in real time. The sensor is so sensitive that it can even detect any hotspots in the viewing area and to alert the user through our push notification on smartphones before it burst into flame.
Working in conjunction with our low cost MV2A systems, one can easily build a low cost standalone CCTV system that can include real motion detection as well as fire detection on each camera. The system can protect against intruders and also guard against fire, which could cause extensive damages and can prevents the lost of life. This system can easily detect fire as far as 50 ft. away from the camera.
Besides motion and fire detection, this camera can also be used for people counting and can guard against a patients leaving the bed when he/she is expected to stay in bed.
To speed up time to market, we offer an SDK which help OEM customers to speed up the integration of this camera into the customer’s own systems.
Current sensor has a FOV of 45° we plan to offer 90° and 180° in the near future.
