Napco is pleased to introduce its brand new Dual SIM/Dual Path StarLink Fire MAX 2 Dual Cell/IP Communicators for universal Commercial Fire FACUs alarm reporting on Verizon and AT& in one unit. This will allow dealers to more efficiently stock, standardize on, and carry one model on the truck, without sacrificing StarLink’s proven performance, as it provides fire alarm reporting on both Verizon® & AT&T® Cell Networks, auto-selected based on onsite signal strength; plus, it continues to enable dealers to choose either sole path, cell, or dual path cell/IP reporting (simply selectable by plan).
When either network is active, colored red or blue Indicators will light. With StarLink, unlike competitors, there are no hidden extras, 2 high-performance antennas are supplied (eliminating multiphase-effects signal clash); requiring no extra modules, the unit is Self-Supervised; plus it comes with preinstalled 4 EOLR inputs & 2 Form C-Outputs. For dealers’ ease and little training, the communicator is panel-powered, and there is no panel reprogramming, and they can use Napco Easy-repeat account Templates to duplicate their own typical setups and avoid data-entry errors. Also new for StarLink Fire MAX 2, are new are lower intro product costs, lower-cost service plans, and an instant Napco Pro Rebate, with nothing to send in or fill out, as a service credit will be applied to dealers’ accounts on units’ activation.
For added protection from liability exposure and accounts’ life-safety, StarLink also uniquely provides a certified end-to-end UL 864 Listed solution, i.e., from the StarLInk Fire MAX 2 communicator, to the Napco UL 864 Listed US NOC, to any US Central Station , reporting 4/2 Contact ID. The StarLink Fire MAX2 Dual Sim/Dual Path Communicators are offered in 3 models, SLE-MAX2-FIRE, the standard FACU panel-powered plastic model, and 2 in locking metal enclosures, SLE-MAX2-CFB and SLE-MAX2-CFBPS, with or without power supply.
